Bullerö guesthouse and crofts

Nordic Travel in Sverige AB (NT AB), org. nr. 556669–6125, Box 163, 271 24 Ystad, mediates Bullerö Gästhem’s accommodation and administers bookings and payments on behalf of Bullerö Gästhem. NT AB thus has no responsibility for Bullerö Gästhem. These terms apply between NT AB and you yourself or through another enter into an agreement with the company as stated in the confirmation. The agreement applies to all types of products where NT AB is an intermediary unless otherwise stated.

Current cancellation policy for Bullerö Gästhem’s room and croft, please check your booking so that it matches your wishes. Any inaccuracies must be reported immediately.

The guest house’s check-in and check-out is at 12 am.
The croft’s check-in is at 3 pm, check-out at 1 pm.

1. PRICES
The prices in the price list are stated in Swedish kronor except where otherwise stated.

2. WHEN IS MY RESERVATION CONFIRMED?
The purchase / booking becomes binding on you as soon as it has been confirmed orally or in writing by the seller. These terms apply from that moment regardless of whether you paid for the event in full, in part or not at all.

3. WHAT, WHEN AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?
Both by phone and online, you pay according to the terms at the time of booking and only by credit card. To protect and encrypt your credit card information as it goes through our system, we use ”Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) technology.

4. CANCELLATION / CHANGE
If you want to review, change or cancel your booking, follow the instructions, which are in the e-mail confirmation. Please note that you may be charged for cancellation in accordance with Bullerö Gästhem’s cancellation policy and conditions for no-show!

In case of cancellation or change, the following fees apply:

Cancellation or change must be made no later than 5 pm the day before arrival.

You can change or cancel your booking free of charge (when the booking rules allow this) via ”My page”. Log in with information that is in your confirmation.

Cancellation via Nordic Travel’s call center can be made at a cancellation cost of SEK 100 and must be made within our regular opening hours. Please note that your cancellation is not valid until you have received a written cancellation confirmation from Nordic Travel. If you are prevented at short notice and outside office hours, you can contact Bullerö Gästhem directly for any possibility of cancellation, you must then notify Nordic Travel the following weekday. Repayment does not take place at s.k. ”No-show”.

5. COMPLAINTS
Ev. complaints must be made to the person in charge of the accommodation or his representative as soon as possible. If you do not get the problems corrected, contact Nordic Travel. The right of complaint is lost if you do not notify Bullerö Gästhem’s site manager on site. If you leave the accommodation without the site manager having a reasonable time to solve the problem, you will lose your right to compensation. Ev. Claims for compensation must be received in writing by Nordic Travel no later than 30 days after the end of the trip.

6. PERSONAL DATA RESPONSIBLE
The County Administrative Board of Stockholm County is responsible for personal data. The County Administrative Board processes your personal data in accordance with current data protection legislation. The categories of personal data that are normally processed are name, year of birth and contact information in the form of telephone number and e-mail address as well as information for payment. The purpose of the processing of your personal data is to handle your booking and payment when renting accommodation within Bullerö nature reserve. The legal basis for the treatment is in the public interest.

Your personal data will be handled by Nordic Travel Sverige AB (the authority’s personal data assistant) via the company’s booking service.
Your personal information will be thinned in the event of obsolescence, normally one month after the rental of the accommodation has taken place.

7. INTEGRITY POLICY
Nordic Travel i Sverige AB (”NT”) processes personal information that you provide to us. Personal information that will be processed includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, gender, address, email address and telephone number. We may also process information that is registered in connection with ordering, such as age, requests for special diets. You provide the personal information yourself in connection with ordering accommodation, creating accounts or other services on the web or by phone.
